Homemade Crackers from Sharon Ryan
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup GSMA stone ground whole wheat flour
1/3 cup wheat germ
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup salted butter
1/2 cup water (cold)
Process oats in a blender or food processor until evenly ground.

Corn Bread Smokies Style

Corn Bread Smokies Style
1 1/2 cup sour milk or buttermilk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 cup GSMA stone ground corn meal
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine

Beat the first five ingredients together.
Stir in the corn meal and flour.
Add melted butter.
Mix.
